ABOUT US:

The Integrative Center for Alternative Development (ICAD) Foundation, Inc., a non - stock, non - profit, non - government organization
was established under the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on April 17, 1996. It operates under the name and style: Filipino -
Turkish Tolerance School in Zamboanga City and Fountain International School in Metro Manila. It is affiliated with an international
foundation which helps in establishing schools all over the world, to promote peace andunderstanding through education among people
of diverse cultures.

OBJECTIVES:

To promote educational development by instituting wholesome, social and academic facilities for students and professionals and
establishing elementary and secondary schools in the Philippines.
To carry out educational information through publications especially those with domestic, national and international importance.
To organize medical missions and other social services.
To engage in income generating projects for socio - eco - welfare of the society.
To conduct seminars, lectures in order to educate and enhance awareness among the people.

The Foundation participates with local and national government units towards community development for the furtherance of its social
commitment.

As part of its social endeavor, the foundation stresses on the implementation of a modern and relevant program in
education where the uniqueness of the child is considered.

Hence, there exists an interrelationship among schools of this international foundation that spells out unity in diversity in
different countries all over the world.
